2012 Observed Legal Holidays

The Town of Lexington observes the following legal holidays. On these holidays, town offices are closed, Lexpress does not operate and trash and recycling collections are delayed. Curbside yard waste collections, when applicable, are also delayed.

When a holiday falls on a weekday (Monday through Friday), residents whose regular trash day falls on or after that holiday will experience a one day delay in their trash and recycling collectionSaturday holidays do not impact trash and recycling collection.  Sunday holidays are observed on the following Monday.  Please put your trash and recycling out by 7 a.m. on your designated trash day. 

The Lexington Compost Facility will also be closed on all legal holidays.
