The Human Resources department manages the personnel and benefits functions of the Town. These include:

  • formulating and implementing personnel policies
  • employee relations
  • support for collective bargaining
  • wages and salaries administration
  • recruitment
  • monitoring workers' compensation
  • police/fire medical administration
  • benefits administration for Town and School employees and retirees
  • overseeing unemployment benefits
  • managing personnel records
