Information Technology

Description of Services:  

The Information Technology Department provides high-quality, cost-effective information technology resources to town departments so that they can provide services to the citizens of the Town.

The Department co-manages the Town's wide area network with the Lexington Public Schools MIS Department.

The Management Information Systems (MIS) Department is responsible for:

• Maintenance and security of the town departments' local area network,
• Technology policy development,
• End-user support, and
• Data management.
