    Note: 
    On-line payments can be made only until 11:59 pm of the bill's due date, which is normally 30 days from the date the bill is issued.  If the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be extended out to the next business day.

UniPay Gold Online Payment Center

  • Pay:
    • real estate taxes
    • personal property taxes (for businesses only)
    • water and sewer charges
    • motor vehicle excise taxes
    • dog license
    • vital records (certified copy birth, marriage, death certficate)
  • Pay by:
    • Electronic check (ACH transfer) from your checking or savings account - 25 cent charge; or
    • Credit or debit card (Master Card, Visa or Discover) - vendor Convenience Fee Schedule
  • Improvements:
    • New Payment Cart feature lets you pay multiple bills at one time.
    • Account number and Routing number check need to be entered twice - this will greatly reduce the chance of having payment returned due to an incorrect account number or routing number.

Invoice Cloud Online Bill Payment

  • Pay:
    • real estate taxes
    • personal property taxes (for businesses only)
    • motor vehicle excise taxes
    • water and sewer charges
  • Pay by:
    • Electronic check (ACH transfer) from a checking or savings account - 40 cent charge; or
    • Credit card: MasterCard, Discover and American Express & Visa.
      For real estate, motor vehicle, and personal property tax there is a convenience fee of 2.95% which will be applied to all credit card payments. For sewer use bills a convenience fee of $4.95 will be applied to all transactions with a maximum transaction amount of $500.00 for credit cards payments.
