By state law the Planning Board is required to provide Town Meeting a recommendation on any and all zoning articles put on the warrant by the Selectmen. For this Spring's Special Town Meeting on May 6, there are presently two citizen petition zoning articles.
Below are details and/or links on the Special Town Meeting zoning articles.
Article 2 Lexington Technology Park (not taken up by Town Meeting, referred to Planning Board and Board of Selectmen for further study)
May 11 Update- There will be a motion to refer to the Planning Board and Board of Selectmen. For the motion to refer to be in order, a main motion must first be made.

The owner of the site, Patriot Partners Lexington, LLC, located at 125, 131, and 141 Spring Street have petitioned Town Meeting to amend their original Preliminary Site Development and Use Plan approved by the 2004 Town Meeting. The documents below were submitted by the owners:

This article has been submitted as an Owner's Petition to rezone two parcels currently zoned Regional Office to Commercial Manufacturing.
