Hartwell TMOD: Land within the CM zone may now utilize the Transportation Management Overlay District process for development.	Center Streetscape: This spring Lexington Center will undergo a design process for street-scape and circulation. Improvements are expected to safety, accessibility and aesthetics. Get involved!
Zoning changes: We have added uses & eliminated discretionary approvals in order to be responsive to business needs.	Center Parking: Read about the recommended parking management program.
Energy: As a state designated Green Community, the Town has adopted the Stretch Energy Code which requires construction to meet energy efficient standards 20% greater than the state's base code.	Marrett-Waltham Intersection Construction: MassDOT, in cooperation with the Town, will be improving the roadway and traffic signals at the intersection of Marrett Rd. and Waltham St. this spring and summer.
