Fall 2011 Special Town Meeting Warrant - determines the order for each Town
     Meeting session.  Town Meeting may vote to take any Warrant article out of order
     should it so choose.  Town Meeting votes at the close of each session the date,
     time, and location for the next session, and if any Warrant articles will be taken
     out of order. The Moderator will announce if any Warrant articles, upon the vote
     of Town Meeting, will be taken up on a date certain.
