The Planning Board will discuss a proposal for Lot 35-2, on Thursday, July 19, 2018, no earlier than 7 pm in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington.
The application was filed by Symes Permitting and Development, LLC., for a definitive special permit application for a Balanced Housing Development. Balanced Housing Developments are authorized under Section 135-6.9 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw.
