The Property is located at 75 Outlook Drive: Map 41, Lot 49A in the RS Zoning District. The project proposes to preserve the existing dwelling and build 3 additional dwelling units. The Applicant has also applied for a Street Adequacy Determination under §176-7.3 to request the Planning Board make a determination of the adequacy of the existing unaccepted street that gives access to 75 Outlook Drive.
