The first step is to find out what your building needs by scheduling an energy assessment. Mass Save offers the following options depending on the type of building and the annual energy use.

• Online Energy Assessments: Through an online energy assessment, the Sponsors of Mass Save can help you discover smart ways to use less energy and save money.
• Small Business Assessments: Businesses using less than 1.5 million kWh in electricity or 40,000 therms of natural gas annually, can sign up for a no-cost energy assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Facility Assessments: Businesses using more than 1.5 million kWh in electricity or 40,000 therms of natural gas annually, can sign up for a facility assessment from Eversource (a Mass Save Sponsor) to find building and system efficiency opportunities.
