2023 Zoning Amendments - Special Town Meeting

Planning Board held a public hearing on October 25, 2023 to discuss the petition from the Inn at Hastings Park to expand their maximum allowable seating capacity. No expansion of the physical footprint of the buildings or property is needed to accommodate this increase. The hearing was closed on October 25 and the Planning Board recommended approval to Town Meeting. Approved by Town Meeting on November 7, 2023.

Section 9.3.3 ASSOCIATE PLANNING BOARD MEMBER

Planning Board held a public hearing in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 40A, §5 on October 25, 2023 to amend the Lexington Zoning Bylaw Chapter 135 of the Code of Lexington §9.3.3. The purpose of the amendment is to allow the Planning Board Chair to call an associate member to sit on applications that may come before the board; or act in any other manner thereto.  The hearing was closed on October 25 and the Planning Board recommended approval to Town Meeting. Approved by Town Meeting on November 8, 2023.
