The Lexington Planning Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 on 12 Summit Road LLC's application for a special permit residential development under §135-6.9 located at 12 Summit Road, Map 22, Lot 146A in the RS Zoning District. The project proposes to split the existing lot into 7 lots and build 6 dwelling units. The Board held continued hearings on January 5 and March 2.On March 2, 2022 the public hearing was continued to June 1, 2022. On June 1 the Planning Board voted to approve the Applicant's request to withdraw the application without prejudice.
