Cary Lecture Committee

From the Committee Charge

City hall buildingThe Cary Lecture Committee is the result of a 1911 bequest to the Town by two Lexington sisters, Suzanna Cary and Eliza Cary Farnham, to establish The Isaac Cary Educational Fund. One of the Fund's two purposes is to "provide lectures upon such educational and useful subjects as may promise a benefit to the community."

Committee members determine which events will be offered in the Cary Lecture Series each year, then plan and implement them.
