Meeting Comment Guidelines

The Human Rights Committee's meeting time is dedicated to strategic priorities and the business of the Town of Lexington relating to its stated goals and mission.

We recognize that human rights are important to everyone and we encourage your continued engagement with the Lexington Human Rights Committee and are always open to your feedback.

You may contact us online and we will try our best to acknowledge your email within 2 to 3 business days.

Members of the public are welcome during the meeting to make brief comments or to pose questions for the Committee's consideration. If you wish to make a public comment on an item not on the agenda, we ask that you make those comments at the designated time. All comments are limited to a maximum of 2 minutes.

Please state your name, street, idea, suggestion or concern. Please avoid reiterating points made earlier. We expect everyone to follow the Guidelines for Civil Discourse.

As we welcome community input, involvement, participation, and insights, we also note that you may submit information on our contact form in advance or after the meeting with a more detailed statement articulating your concern. Please include the agenda item you are referencing.
