475 Bedford Street, Preliminary Site Development & Use Plan
The Lexington Planning Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, and February 16, 2022 at 7 pm continued to February 23 virtually via Zoom to see if the Planning Board will recommend to Town Meeting:
To amend the Town of Lexington Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map, by changing the zoning district designation of 475 Bedford Street, Map 84, Lot 85A from the current Single-Family Residential (RO) District to a Planned Development (PD) District; based on the information provided in the petitioner's Preliminary Site Development and Use Plan ("PSDUP") on file with the Lexington Town Clerk and Planning Board; or to act in any other manner relative thereto.
The new zoning would allow for the removal of the existing building and the construction of a life science building and parking garage on the property.
This article was withdrawn and referred to the Planning Board.
