8 Adams Street Definitive Site Sensitive Development (Approved)

The Lexington Planning Board held a public hearing on Thursday July 19, 2018 at 7:00 PM, in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Office Building, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, on the application of Randall and Elaine Hiller for approval of a special permit for a Site Sensitive Development under Section 135-6.9.3, of the Code of Lexington, shown on a set of plans entitled “8 Adams Street Definitive Subdivision Plan Set” dated May 24, 2018.

The property, 8 Adams Street, shown as lot 77A on Town Assessors Map 63, and is located in the RS Residential Zoning District. The proposed development plan depicts two residential units in two structures.
