36 to 48 Cary Avenue (Willard Circle): Conventional Subdivision (Approved)

The Lexington Planning Board opened the public hearing on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, on the application of Mr. Todd Cataldo of Sheldon Corp. for approval of a definitive subdivision plan under Section 175-6.0 of the Planning Board's Subdivision Regulations for a seven-unit residential development in the RS zone. The existing structures at 38 and 42 Cary Avenue are to be retained. This hearing was continued to February 11, 2015. Upon the close of the public hearing, the Board approved the subdivision plan.
