Is there a potential for damage to my property?

During any construction project, there is a potential for property damage. That said, the Contractor shall be fully insured for any damage made to your property because of the Contractor’s actions. During the Pre-Construction survey, Environmental Partners will take pre-construction photographs documenting existing conditions. Further photographs shall be taken on the day of construction, showing the work area and post-construction conditions. Environmental Partners will have a representative on-site at all times.
