The BOARD OF APPEALS will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, JANUARY 12, 2023, held virtually, via Zoom an online meeting platform, at
7:00 PM, on the petition of Angela Maria Mahoney on behalf of Wicked Bagel for SPECIAL PERMIT in accordance with the Zoning By-Law (Chapter
135 of the Code of Lexington) section(s) 135-9.4.2, 135-5.2.4(2) and 135-5.2.10 to allow a sandwich board sign .
At the hearing, any party, whether entitled to notice thereof or not, may appear or be represented by agent or attorney. Please
