The Condominium Conversion Board establishes license fees, notifies abutters of proposed condominium sites, holds public hearings, and files a decision with the Town Clerk.
5 members with sound judgment and knowledge of housing and land planning issues. May be a member of any other official committee at the discretion of the Board of Selectmen.
