About Dr. Galanopoulos
Dr. Galanopoulos has more than 25 years of experience as a professor, facilitator, consultant, and coach and holds a Ph.D. in Human Development & Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University. She uses a culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed lens to focus her work with clients on strengthening relationships and cooking for mental health in both preventative and therapeutic ways. Her private practice, Galanopoulos Education & Training, is located in Lexington, MA.
