Permanent Building Committee (PBC)

When authorized by the Town, the Permanent Building Committee has general supervision over the design and construction of public structures, recreational facilities and buildings. The Committee can employ professional assistants, obtain bids, and enter into contracts on behalf of the Town, subject to the approval of plans and specifications by the appropriate board or committee.

Members must be registered voters of the Town, may not be a Town officer or employee.
