Special Permit (Defintive) Phase

The Lexington Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, starting no earlier than 7:35 p.m., in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Office Building, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, on the application of North Shore Construction & Development, Inc., for approval of a special permit for a Balanced Housing Development under Section 135-6.9, of the Code of Lexington, Zoning By Law; and a definitive subdivision plan, under the Subdivision Regulations of the Planning Board, Section 175-6.0 of the Code of Lexington, shown on a set of plans entitled “Definitive Subdivision Plan, Balanced Housing Residential Development Plan” dated Febrary 12, 2016.

The property, 435 & 439 Lincoln Street, shown as lots 3 and 4 on Town Assessors Map 35, is located in the RO Residential Zoning District.  The proposed development plan depicts 14 residential units in nine structures.
