The Planning Board discussed a proposal for Lot 39-26, on Wednesday, November 15, 2017. The applicant will be coming before the Board with a revised sketch plan on January 17, 2018.
The application has been filed by Meridian Associates, Inc. on behalf of Richard Perry, for a sketch plan review of a Balanced Housing Development. Sketch plans are an intial, informal review process; ultimately a special permit must be issued in order to construct a development like this. Balanced Housing Developments are authorized under Section 135-6.9 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw. Sketch plans carry no legal weight, but are a chance for all interested parties to get familar with the permitting process, the site and the proposed development.
