Revise Definitions

This article was APPROVED at the March 27 session of Town Meeting.

The article addresses issues identified during the implementation of the Gross Floor Area requirements adopted under Article 41 of the 2016 Annual Town Meeting.  Given the attention to floor area the development process now requires, it has become evident that a number of definitions must be clarified, revised, updated, or deleted to better reflect the intent of last year’s article.

The Planning Board held its public hearing on this article Wednesday, February 1, 2017, in Battin Hall, Cary Memorial Building, 1605 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington.
