  • Registration Information
    • $50 per program non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Balance due by Sunday, May 1st. We encourage you to visit our web page at Registration is first-come, first-served. All participants must register, submit payment, and a waiver release in order to be eligible to participate in a program. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover for payments.
    • Please note that all program registration for the following week will end at 12:00pm on Thursday. For example, for the week of June 27th, registration will close on Thursday, the 23rd at 12:00pm. 
    • Non-resident registration for summer camps & clinics, tennis, and youth programs has ended.  Non-residents can still register for swim lessons & programs at the Pool as long as they have a swim membership.

  • Summer Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the online request form by Sunday, May 1st. A $25.00 processing fee will be incurred for all cancellations unless otherwise noted. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the start of a program or service do not qualify for a credit. Credit requests may be given for medical reasons and require a physician's note to process a credit request. The remaining balance will be in the form of a credit to the household account in which the original registration was made. In the event a program is canceled due to low enrollment or inclement weather (only when make-up is not available), a full refund will be given. Credits are available up to one calendar year from the date given.
